At Print Mantras, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Eligibility:
You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process:
To initiate a return login to your account and go to your order you want to return. You will find return/refund option there.
Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or are returned without authorization. Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Print Mantras shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1 to 4 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
